    成功檢測(cè)不錯(cuò)蓄電池狀態(tài)的前提是可以提供需要的交流恒流源。恒流源是能夠向負(fù)載提供恒定電流的電源裝置。它是一個(gè)電源內(nèi)阻非常大的電源。為了保證內(nèi)阻有較高的測(cè)量精度及較好的重現(xiàn)性,要求恒流電流源有足夠的穩(wěn)定度,并且波形失真度要小。這里所需交流信號(hào)幅度為40mV,頻率為1KHZ

    本文采用了數(shù)字式信號(hào)發(fā)生器產(chǎn)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)正弦波和電流負(fù)反饋法產(chǎn)生精確交流恒流源法, 交流恒流源實(shí)現(xiàn)原理如圖2所示。

    電路組成框圖如圖2所示:這是一個(gè)閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng),電流負(fù)反饋電路。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)正弦波產(chǎn)生一個(gè)頻率穩(wěn)定、對(duì)稱、失真度低的1KHz正弦波信號(hào)。驅(qū)動(dòng)電路把正弦波放大,去推動(dòng)功放電路,得到正弦交流電流輸出。恒流控制電路從功放輸出中得到的信號(hào),通過(guò)與給定的信號(hào)相比較,來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)驅(qū)動(dòng)電路的信號(hào),從而使輸出電流保持穩(wěn)定。
    The block diagram of the circuit is shown in Figure 2: This is a closed loop control system and a current negative feedback circuit. The standard sine wave produces a 1KHz sine wave with stable frequency, symmetry and low distortion. The driving circuit amplifies the sine wave to drive the power amplifier circuit, and obtains the sinusoidal AC current output. The ** obtained from the output of the power amplifier by the constant current control circuit, by comparing with the given **, adjusts the ** of the driving circuit, so that the output current is kept stable.




    3.2 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)正弦波的產(chǎn)生原理

    標(biāo)準(zhǔn)正弦波信號(hào)的產(chǎn)生采用數(shù)字式信號(hào)發(fā)生器。首先將正弦表數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)在如圖3所示的正弦信號(hào)存儲(chǔ)器中,晶振產(chǎn)生振蕩頻率f,經(jīng)過(guò)整型電路變?yōu)橥暾讲l率,再經(jīng)過(guò)R分頻電路得到頻率為f/R,再經(jīng)過(guò)鑒相器FD和環(huán)路濾波器LF電路鎖相分頻后,讀取存儲(chǔ)在正弦信號(hào)存儲(chǔ)器中的正弦值,經(jīng)過(guò)D/A轉(zhuǎn)換電路和經(jīng)低通有源濾器濾波電路,生成圖2 所需的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)正弦波。

    上式中K、A、I都是已知量,而u為經(jīng)過(guò)A/D采樣送到單片機(jī)進(jìn)行處理的采樣值,所以在單片機(jī)中進(jìn)行一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的除法運(yùn)算便能得到蓄電池內(nèi)阻了。
